Many of my readers are celebrating Thanksgiving this week.

It seemed like a good idea to share some of my favorite tips on how to make thankfulness part of your daily life.

Being grateful for what you already have is the easiest and quickest way to improve your mood. Give your motivation a boost. And to have a better life.

It doesn’t matter where you are in the world or who you are.

1. Take a moment to look around you.

To start being more grateful, you can ask yourself two simple questions during the day.

  • What 3 things can I be grateful for today?
  • Why are there 3 people that I am thankful for in my life?

If you don’t come up with 3 people and 3 things each day then that is OK. One thing…
