He told Sonia Baghdady that “a lot of things, especially in terms of my career, were full circle moments.” Advocate Now. “Or I have just had gut instincts or feelings and I followed them. … “I think that when you are in this business, you cannot try to control too much because things are always changing.”
Allen had no “backup plans.” He knew what his passion is, and says that he was lucky to have the support of his family — particularly his mother — along the way.
“My mother never forced me to have a backup plan.” He says that his mother made him believe he could succeed in the field because he loved it.
