I’ve always felt like someone on the outside. Despite having these feelings I’ve been relatively successful at playing the game of life, and have survived through school, university, and the workplace—although, at times, working so hard to ’survive’ has impacted my emotional well-being.
I’ve been fortunate to have supportive and healthy relationships with some loved ones, who accept me for who I am. To anyone else I’ve come across, I suspect I’ve been perceived as inexplicably normal and inoffensive.
Like many of us who have suffered with our mental health, I’ve always been curious to learn more about who I am beyond the surface level experiences of life. In my search for truth, I studied a variety of spiritual practices. I finally found a place to call home in a small yoga group.
I think many of us are deeply emotional and tend to complicate simple things. The following are some of the most effective ways to improve your business.. This style of yoga was effective in my opinion. I simply followed the practices, and felt that life was a bit easier. I also felt more accepted as I am, and it helped me to be a better person.
