Some days can be better than expected.
A few days can be good or OK.
We have them all. There are some days that end up being awful.
What are you going to do? What do you do then?
Today, I’m a little different. This week, I’d love to show you how I do it.
Here are 21 tips and habits I use to make a bad day better. I usually use more than one habit to achieve this.
1. Breathe.
My day is usually transformed by shaking up my body and using it in some way.
First thing I do, almost always, is breathe. I use my stomach to breathe deeply, through my nose. For 1-2 minutes, I concentrate only on the air coming in and going out.
This soothes my mind and body.
2. Pose in a powerful way.
