In my early childhood I became aware. What I look. What I look like does not define me. This is a powerful life lesson that my Mother taught me. She helped me discover my inner voice. She empowered me to discover and hear my inner voice. Like my fingerprints. Voices rising from my feelings, thoughts, and ideas. It fuelled my intellect and creativity. It has no boundaries, I learned quickly. It is my source that defines me. A connection that moved me from the passenger to the driver’s seat of my life. I received a wonderful gift!
