7 small habits that will steal your happiness

It’s usually easy to be a happier person.

It’s also easy to steal your own happiness.

Making yourself even more miserable. People do this every day, all over the globe.

So this week I’d like to combine these two things. I’d like to share with you 7 habits that steal happiness from me. I struggle with these in my daily life, and I know that many of you also do.

But I’d also like to add what you can do instead if you find yourself being stuck in one of these destructive habits.

1. Daily swimming in a sea filled with negative voices.

This one is a bit subtle.

Just go about your normal daily routine. You should hang out with people you know. Listen to the old radio or podcasts. Watch the old TV-shows on Youtube. Read the same blogs and magazines.
