Setting a resolution is up to you and you only! Resolutions are usually made at the beginning of each new year. You can make resolutions at any moment! You can make any resolution you want and set it to expire whenever you like.

Many of us have experienced firsthand that it is much easier to make resolutions than to stick to them. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give it all you’ve got! These five tips will help you stick to your resolutions and see them through to completion.

#1 Be realistic

Remember this: whatever is your goal – the important thing is that you are honest with yourself and that you set resolutions according to your lifestyle. If you are not the outdoors type, setting a resolution that requires you to be outdoors often isn’t realistic. Be honest with yourself, and consider your resources and time to achieve your goals.
